These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and digital services provided by willzero ("I", "me", "we"). By accessing this website or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services provided

I provide digital software services, including custom software development, AI workflow automation, SaaS and productivity tools, API integration, technical consulting, implementation, maintenance and training. All services are delivered digitally. There is no physical product, inventory or shipping.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase services. You agree to provide accurate information when making a purchase.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted per project or per service and are displayed or communicated before purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. I do not store your full card details. By paying, you authorize the charge for the agreed amount.

4. Delivery

Digital services and deliverables are provided according to the timeline agreed for each engagement. Access to subscription tools is granted upon successful payment.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the services. I reserve the right to suspend access for violations.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created specifically for a client are licensed or transferred per the project agreement. Website content and pre-existing tools remain my property.

7. Prohibited and restricted activities

I do not sell or provide adult content, gambling products, cryptocurrency or NFTs, investment products, loans, money transmission, escrow, payment aggregation, or any other product restricted by Stripe or applicable law.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

数字化服务及交付物按各项目约定的时间表提供。订阅类工具在付款成功后授予访问权限。

5. 可接受使用

您同意不将服务用于任何非法目的、不侵犯他人权利、不试图破坏或逆向工程服务。如有违反，我有权暂停其访问权限。

6. 知识产权

除非另有书面约定，专为客户创建的交付物按项目协议授权或转让。网站内容及既有工具仍归我所有。

7. 禁止与受限活动

我不销售或提供成人内容、博彩产品、加密货币或 NFT、投资产品、贷款、资金传输、第三方资金托管、支付聚合，或任何受 Stripe 或适用法律限制的产品。

8. 免责声明与责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，服务按"现状"提供，不附带任何形式的保证。在法律允许范围内，我对任何索赔的全部责任以您为相关服务支付的金额为限。

9. 退款

退款按退款政策处理。

10. 条款变更

我可能不时更新本条款，"最后更新"日期反映最新版本。继续使用服务即视为接受更新后的条款。
